Lyrics:
O great God of highest heavenOccupy my lowly heartOwn it all and reign supremeConquer every rebel powerLet no vice or sin remainThat resists Your holy warYou have loved and purchased meMake me Yours forevermore
I was blinded by my sinHad no ears to hear Your voiceDid not know Your love withinHad no taste for heaven's joysThen Your Spirit gave me lifeOpened up Your Word to meThrough the gospel of Your SonGave me endless hope and peace
Help me now to live a lifeThat's dependent on Your graceKeep my heart and guard my soulFrom the evils that I faceYou are worthy to be praisedWith my every thought and deedO great God of highest heavenGlorify Your Name through meYou are worthy to be praisedWith my every thought and deedO great God of highest heavenGlorify Your Name through me
